This is a good simple basic phone. It is sturdy and not fancy. No one will want to steal it. It's battery is okay too. Like all things with age things start to not work so great. I've had mine for many years and the first thing that has started to be a problem is the ringtone and alert tones go off really low when there is a call or alarm, however when you set the volume on the ringtones and alerts they work okay and are at the right level. But when some one calls or sends you a text the sound will be as if you have the phone set to level 1 not level 7, even though you've set it to level 7 and tested that it works. Kind of a drag but that's about it, for an old phone it's done it's job. Not good if you are glued to your phone
