Do Jawal123 contains downloads such as wallpapers, themes, utilities and operating systems?

Jawal123 mission is: "Facilitate mobile buyers to find the most suitable mobile for them". I.e. our site is a mobile electing site not mobile enhancing and supporting one. In addition our visitor can track mobiles prices and where they are available.

Do Jawal123 contain all mobile brands?

There are more than 100 mobile phone manufacturer worldwide. Currently you can track the key brands that constitute more than 98% of the global market share. But we are continually extending our site brands.

Do Jawal123 contain all models of specific brand?

We usually add released models since 2005. Excluding Nokia which we added its models since 2002, as it were the pioneer of the global markets.

Why not all mobile X’s accessories are available on your site?

Actually we are relying on manufacturers’ datasheets, which usually are not completed by the mobile release date; we continually review it in order to add the new accessories on Jawal123.
Although there are other vendors provide compatible accessories with certain mobiles, but our policy dictates not to provide non-manufacturer accessories. Since we trust mobile manufacturers’ data, but we cannot inspect other companies compatibility claims in order to add their accessories on Jawal123.

What are your information sources?

Perhaps from the mobiles manufacturers! But regarding to the fact that every manufacturer provides info in its own template, we therefore developed our info template too and transfered all mobiles data into it, we also provide some other specifications which are calculated or concluded from the others.

Can I view all mobile features on Jawal123?

Our approach is displaying mobile features in simple and organized way, to help our visitor to find the best mobile for him. Thus, we shade the light on features that are crucial for decision making according to the following policy:

• We don’t display indisputable features which became available in all mobiles nowadays, such as: Alarm clock, To-do list, calendar, vibration alert etc…
• We don’t provide engineering specifications that doesn’t affect purchasing decision such as Battery Type, Java Profiles etc… but we state for how long the battery stands without recharging.
• We don’t mention specifications which were added through the sequential updates of operating system, that because vendors don’t provide a direct method to track them
• We provide all mobile specification types that might interest the mobile buyer including: free features, free for specific period, charged by network provider, or charged by manufacturer. And we don’t notify or distinguish between them

Why doesn’t your site contain mobile reviews?

We don’t provide reviews right now, we know that visitors don’t read reviews in common, but browse their images. We invented a completely different approach; providing a superior searching system to allow visitors to reach mobiles they need in a record time, plus a wide range of accurate mobile specifications attached with their meanings. That will save visitors' time from reading 5 or more pages for each mobile they may elect.

We neither sell mobiles nor plan to sell in future, that decision was build upon elaborated marketing and investment studies.

How does your site sort its mobiles for a specific segment of users (for example businessmen)?

How dose your site comment on mobile properties such as weight and size by words like Big and Very Big?

Our system automatically comments on numeric properties using linear or logarithmic equation to compare mobile values with all other mobiles in our site

How does your site classify the used mobiles?

We automatically classify used mobiles into the following 5 classes:

Like new: the mobile which is 100% defects free and has been used for 3 months or less

Very good: the mobile which is 100% defects free and has been used for 3 to 6 months, or the mobile that has been used for 3 months or less but suffers from some unclear scratches on its surface.

Good: the mobile which has been used for 6 months to 2 years OR is suffering from one or more of the following defects:

• Unavailable packaging box with all related accessories and needed manuals
• There is an inflexibility in mouse movement (if existed)
• Paint was removed from its surface partially
• A charging problem is exist

Acceptable: the mobile which has been used for more than 2 years OR is suffering from one or more of the following defects:

• Has been opened for maintenance
• A failure occurred in one or more button
• There is a noise in sound amplifier or headphone
• A failure in its open-close movement
• There are some visible scratches in the screen cover

Under acceptable: the mobile is suffering from one or more of the following defects:

• Don't work with local networks
• The screen was scratched heavily, broken or doesn’t work
• The camera doesn't work
• The mouse doesn't work
• The original software has been modified and the new one isn't working well

We also plan to make periodic surveys with sellers about how to rate used mobiles.
