The Asus Live goes official

Asus has launched a new smartphone named Asus Live which is one of the very first smartphone from Asus coming without the ZenFone label, other than the FonePad and PadFone series.

This android handset is launched in Brazil with a price tag of 849 BRL or about $211.

Asus Live comes with a 5 inch HD 720p display and it runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) operating system. This smartphone has a MediaTek MT6580 SoC which is a Quad-Core processor clocked at 1.3GHz along with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and it also supports microSD card up-to 64GB. It is equipped with a 8 Megapixel AF rear camera with LED flash and it is having a 2 Megapixel front facing camera.

The phone measures 144.50 x 71.00 x 9.98 (height x width x thickness) and weighs 140.00 grams. 

The Asus Live is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts two Regular SIMs. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, FM, 3G. Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor, Accelerometer and is powered by a 2,070 mAh battery.
