A new ASUS
Zenpad series tablet has been listed now on the bench-marking website GFXBench
with full specifications. The tablet comes with code name Asus P008 and
features an 8-inch display, Qualcomm’s hexa-core Snapdragon 650 processor, Adreno 510 GPU, 2GB
of RAM, 2,048 x 1,536 screen resolution, 8MP main
camera, 2MP front-facing camera and 16GB internal storage.
P008 will run Android 6.0 out of the box.
the details here it looks as though the Asus P008 will be a mid-range tablet,
and speculated pricing puts it at around the $200 to $250 mark. Once we see
upcoming products show up on benchmarking sites, we often see an official
launch before too much longer. MWC 2016 in Barcelona is coming up and runs from
February 22 to February 25, and it seems highly likely that Asus will formally
introduce this new tablet during the event.
