Recent reports have indicated that Samsung is working on two new Galaxy Tab series tablets – the Galaxy Tab S3 8-inch and Tab S3 9.7-inch. Both the slates were recently imported into India for testing. Now the possible Galaxy Tab S3 tablets have been spotted on GFXBench, which has revealed some of the specifications of the Galaxy Tab S2 successors.

As per the listings, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 (SM-T819) 9.7-inch model will sport a Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,048 x 1,536 pixels. It will be powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor, aided by an Adreno 510 GPU and 3GB of RAM. The slate will come with an 8MP rear snapper, a 2MP front shooter, 32GB of internal memory, 4G LTE, and run Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.

The other Galaxy Tab S3 (SM-T719) will also have the same chipset and graphics processor, 3GB RAM, 8-inch Super AMOLED screen, 13MP rear camera, 2MP front-facing camera, 32GB built-in storage,  and Android Marshmallow.  We're expecting to see the new Galaxy Tab S3 at the Mobile World Congress this February
