Huawei Nova, Nova Plus, and MediaPad M3 Launched at IFA 2016

Huawei at IFA 2016 on Thursday launched unveiled its Nova series of smartphones, with two offerings - the Nova and Nova Plus. The company alongside also unveiled the MediaPad M3.

The Nova series belongs to the mid-range category, and it is targeted at the women. The finely crafted design, beautiful color array of the Nova and Nova Plus will sure make both devices popular attractions for the women folks. 



As for specifications, let’s start with Huawei Nova which comes with:

·         5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) IPS LCD display

·         2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 625 SoC

·         3GB of RAM

·         32GB of inbuilt storage that's expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB)

·         12-megapixel rear camera

·         8-megapixel rear camera

·         3020mAh battery

·         Android 6.0 Marshmallow

·         Dual-SIM

·         Fingerprint sensors on the rear panel

·         Support: 4G LTE connectivity, a USB Type-C port

·         Color options: Grey, Silver, and Gold

 



Coming to the Huawei Nova Plus, the smartphone features:

·         5.5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) IPS LCD display

·         2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 625 SoC

·         3GB of RAM

·         32GB of inbuilt storage that's expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB)

·         16-megapixel rear camera

·         8-megapixel rear camera

·         4000mAh battery

·         Android 6.0 Marshmallow

·         Fingerprint sensors on the rear panel

·         Dual-SIM

·         Support: 4G LTE connectivity, a USB Type-C port

·         Color options: Grey, Silver, and Gold

The Huawei Nova is priced at €399, while the larger Nova Plus is pricier at €429.

Both the Nova and Nova Plus will be available in shops and online from early October.

 



Along with the Huawei Nova smartphones, the company also announced the Huawei Mediapad M3 tablet.

The Mediapad M3 made out of metal and comes with:

·         8.4-inch QHD (2560x1600 pixels) display

·         Octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 950 SoC (four cores at 2.3GHz and four cores at 1.8GHz) 

·         4GB of RAM

·         32GB / 64GB of inbuilt storage options, Storage is expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB)

·         8-megapixel front and rear cameras

·         5100mAh battery

·         Fingerprint sensor on the home button

·         Android Marshmallow 6.0 OS

·         Dual speakers

The Huawei Mediapad M3 will go on sale from September 26 for 349 Euros (32GB) and 449 Euros (64GB + LTE).
