Samsung Galaxy S8 Details Leak

Thursday, September 15, 2016

Samsung might be thinking of advance the release of the Galaxy S8 in 2017 hoping to erase all memories of the Note7 debacle in the process.

Additionally, new details have started to emerge regarding the new Samsung flagship including the model names, and some new features.

In another report, Samsung is rumored to work on two versions of the Galaxy S8, codenamed internally Dream and Dream2, with the model numbers SM-G950 and SMG955 respectively.

There have been rumors that Samsung is already hard at work producing 5.1" and 5.5" Dual edge displays for the Galaxy S8, so the SM-G950 could be the 5.1" version, while the SM-G955 the 5.5" model.

Another rumour suggests that Samsung's next flagship Galaxy S8 will be powered by in-house Exynos 8895 SoC which could reach clock speeds of up to 3GHz.
