After a long set of rumors, Huawei has officially announced the Huawei Mate 9 flagship. This is the next generation version of the Mate 8, coming with improved specs and high-end features.

The Mate 9 comes with all metal body and features:

·         5.9-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) IPS display

·         HiSilicon Kirin 960 octa-core SoC with four cores clocked at 2.4GHz, and four cores clocked at 1.8GHz

·         ARM Mali-G71 GPU

·         4GB of RAM

·         64GB of expandable inbuilt storage

·         20MP + 12MP dual rear cameras with dual LED Flash, certified by Leica

·         8MP front facing camera

·         4000mAh battery 

·         Android Nougat 7.0 OS

·         Fingerprint sensor on the rear panel

·         Color options: Black, Space Gray, Moonlight Silver, Champagne Gold, Mocha Brown, and Ceramic White

Huawei is going to release the Mate 9 phablet first in China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Thailand, and United Arab Emirates. Even more markets will join these soon after. The suggested retail price is €699 for Europe.
