marks the tenth anniversary of the iPhone, which was first announced by Steve
Jobs on 9 January 2007, and released later that year on June 29, and with
such a big milestone coming up, we're expecting the new iPhone to bring some of
the biggest changes we've seen made to the handset in years.
are already an abundance of rumors hinting at the impressive features coming in
the 2017 iPhone.
suggest that the 2017 iPhone will feature all glass design instead of the aluminum
casing used in the iPhone 7. It will also feature an edge-to-edge display i.e.
bezel-free – with the virtual button built directly into the screen instead of
the physical Home button. The display itself is said to be flexible OLED rather
than an LCD.
also suggest that the iPhone 8 will feature long-range wireless charging and
iris or facial scanning.
expected features include:
inch curved OLED display
or 4GB of RAM
128GB and 256GB of inbuilt storage
iPhone 8 is still under development and will likely launch in the fall of 2017,
and in the months ahead of its launch, we'll undoubtedly learn more about the
